Three New Members!

Dec 6, 2017 | News & Updates

A warm welcome to our newest members:

  • Upstream (based in San Francisco) is a radio documentary and workshop series that invites you to unlearn everything you thought you knew about economics. Going upstream means exploring root causes, and by doing so Upstream aims to not just challenge our current economic system, but to help bring forth the more beautiful world that we know is possible.
  • The mission of LVEJO (in Chicago) is to organize with our community to accomplish environmental justice in Little Village and achieve the self-determination of immigrant, low-income, and working-class families. LVEJO’s theory of social change is centered upon the belief that when low income and people of color understand the root causes of their experiences of oppression, they have the power and agency to transform society.
  • The Social Venture Collaborative (SVC) connects and supports the work of socially and environmentally focused ventures that promote justice, equity, and sustainability in central New England and across the world through collaboration, coordination, and resource development.
