CFL Cooperative Curriculum Overview

Jun 1, 2016 | Resources

This document outlines many of the sessions that the Center for Family Life has used as part of its Worker Cooperative Curriculum for founding cooperative members. Each worker cooperative is different; therefore all the sessions are tailored – in activities and their order – to the industry, the cooperative, and the group itself. The Center for Family Life considers these trainings fundamental to the development of the cooperative; we add and modify trainings as needed.

This resource includes a description and objectives of each workshop; it does not include agendas, which are customized for each group and include popular education-based activities and plenty of group sharing.
