The Educators working group was formed to coordinate education work within the NEC network to build the power of the solidarity economy movement. We do this by supporting educators to:

• • Foster a Community of Practice by making space for peer support, co-learning, connection, and exchange.
  • Foster a Community of Purpose by making space to learn about each other’s work, map existing solidarity economy curriculum and educational materials, and develop new framings.

• Working group meetings create opportunities for members to connect one-on one with each other in-between quarterly calls so that we can develop a relationship-rich network. The next educators working group meetings are July 28, September 29, and November 17, 2021.
